This is my second pair! I love em! My first pair were the
KSO's and i use those for street running and random outdoor
activities. My new KomodoSports are heavier duty for trail
running and doing races like tough mudders. Both pairs feel
great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. However,
there is a break in period so look up tips online for best
practices as far as getting used to them.

With my feet the toe next to my big toes are longer. The
first Vibrams I purchased, I needed to heat and extend this
toe on the shoes. With the last 3 pairs I just purchased,
none of them required this. Perfect fit, Fantastic..... I go
trail and sand dune running. Super comfortable on all the
different types of trail surfaces - just be prepared to
empty the sand out of them after the sand dunes. Being 50,
previously I suffered collapsed arches and my feet would
ache after wearing thongs for more than a few days. With
these, my feet have toughened up and no longer do my feet
cause me discomfort!

I had been eyeing these for some time and had already bought
and wore Injinji socks as often as I could. I had an injury
of sorts to my right foot around Christmas time 2010 and had
to wear a boot for about 3 months. Fast forward to September
2011 and a trip to Walt Disney World where having been on my
feet for the entire trip I found myself having severe pain.
I decided that it would be wise to try out theseand found
that immediately the pain I would feel in my feet went away.
I have progressed to wearing them almost daily now and have
had many conversations with others as to the comfort of the
shoe and my pain history. I have even now bought the black
Bormio model so that I can navigate my office without being
stopped so frequently :). Now either Vibram needs to make a
'slipper' model, or Injinji needs to make a gripper style
heavier sock and I wouldn't wear anything else!
